Pros & Cons
Pros
The orange pla filament from overture is another excellent tpu 95a. We have not seen any dip in performance in printed parts using this material. It's good to have an idea of what settings you need to get the desired flex for your application.
Even something as simple as an appropriately sized air-tight cereal box with some silica beads is good enough. The layer adhesion is excellent as well making prints incredibly durable, nigh-indestructible.
The overture tpu is great for budget friendly tpu printing. It just looks and prints great. Plan on getting more of this and trying a multicolor tpu print.
This is for the hs tpu (black) the picture makes it seem like it would be darker. Recommended by many online. Will be purchasing more.
Cons
No vacuum seal, no desiccant pack, not even a plastic bag just open to the elements. It under extrudes and pops because its not properly dried, so i have to up the flow and temperature. The filament binds up in the feeder and clogs the nozzle. It is n... Read More
Highlights
Quality
I can confirm this filament performs excellent in the biqu h2 v2s, which has a very short, very constrained filament path.
Still boasts incredible interlayer adhesion, flexibility and abrasion resistance.
0mm initially and ended up with unextruded filament spilling out of the side of my extruder after completing the first layer.
No filament jammed in gears and very little stringing.
Price
It’s well priced but i would not completely trust it.
You just can't deny this filament is the best for the price.
Competitiveness
Even better than other brands at twice the cost.
I also tried a creality brand first, and it was terrible.
We've tried dozens of kgs of tpus from different manufacturers with mixed results.
The profile i found slowed printing speeds immensely compared to the standard pla, or even the default tpu profile in bambu stu... Read More

This is for the hs tpu black

It feels and flexes more like a softish polypropylene very tough but not soft enough and 95a rated isnt really even soft for a shore a rating so that is saying something about the level of rigidity here which they probably had to do in order for this to be stiff enough to extrude at higher than typical tpu print speeds

For my needs it isnt going to work but if you dont mind a more rigid tpu it makes a nice looking and tough part

I just wish overture would not call this a 95a as it feels more like a shore d 65 or 70
