Pros
The back pad is flexible and breathable. The 2 attachment points being hold it tight to the body. Allows me to adjust between sitting in my car and standing, and doing this without my pant's belt loops restricting this motion.
If they made these mod's to the holster it would work for both guns including the shorter barrel without the red dot sight. Got this for my xd mod 2 subcompact 3 inch barrel.
Cons
The iwb holster is decent, but bulky. The plastic is thinner than most and i question the lasting durability. Is a pain to holster and draw. Wanted to return it and had to go via the hassle of paying for the shipment.
It's not easily concealable. The holster is too stiff and if worn on the side the belt loops stick out front and back. The belt slide on one side is way to long and it made the entire holster very uncomfortable and cause it to excessively stick out ma... Read More

Other than that it’s amazing***update***i received the wrong holster, they are shipping me the proper shell.

The failure is the owb attachment design (the iwb setup works great).
Competitiveness
More comfortable than an iwb concealment holster.
This holster is a perfect 5-star when standing, but i give it a 4-star when sitting.
It rides high, virtually no printing, actually wore if under a t-shirt, and a pull over three button shirt, no difference, no printing.

For this owb setup small pad with 2 loops some mention that it doesn’t fit their body type which doesn’t make much sense as the design is very conforming
