The owc website is all you need. Easy to install and perfect to beef up the speed. Installation videos are excellent and easy to follow. Worked well from right after installation and still working fine.
The vendor is professional and trustworthy. The product is solid and packaged well.
Cons
The ram was read by the system but kept making the system * and reboot constantly. Sent the wrong memory. I have 20gb and it says the max is 16gb.
It says it is compatible with mid-2010 imac 21. However, their memory is way overpriced.

This ram was a little more $ than other brands, but well worth it.
After replacing with these 2x4gb sticks several weeks ago, i haven't seen the issue come up again.
I went from 4gb to 20gb in less than 2 minutes!

I will say this much macos does well with 4gb somehow but the second i booted it up after installing it i checked activity monitor and it was close to 7gb of ram in use

It literally took me 5 minutes to remove the old chips insert the new ones and reboot
