Pros
Owc's tech support is superb compared to any other enclosure i've tried. Performance is very quick with usb 3. I hope it would support native mac os volume encryption. I like the safety and speed of a 1+0 configuration.
Cons
Nothing in the description says you have to pay to keep upgrading it each year. Save your money.

Hard drives that are not raided with softraid are hot swappable
