Pros
The only downside is pd does now allow 90 watts. The hub works easily for connecting disparate pieces of equipment to a new laptop. The usb ports are fast if using a usb external drive and the card reader is also very fast.
Product was delivered in timely fashion. It was packaged well. My only complaint is that the labels by each of the ports are tiny and difficult to read.
A compact, sturdy and well-built dock. Works as a travel dock or even as a stationary dock for a small setup. Not a thunderbolt dock but thunderbolt and usb-c connections both work for it.
Cons
My mouse, laptop cooler or keyboard fails to power on with this unit. Don't believe the paid reviews! It recognitizes my sd card and works a specified, but it does not recognize any of the usb inputs.

At peak draw charging the laptop maxing out the cpu connecting to an ultrawide monitor i did get the the usbc accessory has been disabled error on my mbp when an accessory exceeds its power allocation

My biggest concern was finding something that could power the laptop while letting me use hdmi usb at the same time

Previous hubs would work but the mouse would stutter or the keyboard wouldnt work all the time

It caps it at 45 watts so it slowly charges your laptop if you need more than 45 watts

Sucks for my xps 13 but it still charges and does get back to 100 even if youre hooked up to 2 displays and are running vms or some good old fashioned scripting

The usb c port does not seem at least in my case to transfer data but isonly a pass threw power port
