Super cute case graphic on the front is suprisingly well intact despite the fact that its been tossed around in my purse for a few weeks now

To make things clear first of all you have to put the chain together which is not difficult at all

Second of all there is a plastic cover over the bear keychain so it will not get scratched so try taking that off before saying that it comes scratched

It’s cute and i love it only problem was that on the back there was a black dot almost like a marker that won’t come off it kinda bugs me

If you have any scratches on the charm when you first get it there’s a clear film on it you might have to take off
