The cable with the black strap is type a.
I've been using this case for just over a month and am very happy with it.
However, it is not compatible with the type c lightning cable because it's fatter than the type a lightning cable (see attached).
It does create a blue reflection in the corner of your images with the flash in.

This is just really nice and you can't beat the price.
I get compliments everytime someone sees it, i can’t believe the price was so cheap!
