Pros & Cons
Pros
The oxford poly binder dividers, double pocket, 3 hole punch organizers are a fine product. These are sturdy and can hold quite a few recipes per pocket. Fit the paper well without having to shove the paper in the folder like others.
Highlights
Quality
They feel like a good quality, and that will hold up for a semester or more.
These are sturdy and can hold quite a few recipes per pocket.
The plastic is quite thin and flexible but does feel like it will hold up inside a binder.
The pockets work fine, although they are more like flaps, being totally open on one side.
Price
This is a good value pack of heavy-duty plastic dividers.
It has good value and nice colors, but there is not much more you can ask for with school supplies.
Packaging/appearance
I keep extra paper, pens, and recipe clipping ideas i've torn off of packages.

I dont know why they were designed this way but instead of being a solid piece of plastic they open in the middle in the inside which seems to me to serve no purpose

You can of course add some stickon tabs although they wont look quite as neat and smooth as they would if they were part of the original folder
