I was disappointed to read that it cannot be put under the grill since that makes it unusable for a large frittata or other dishes where the top is browned in that way

All in all i was impressed by the oxo softworks sauté pan’s finishing and the quality of its nonstick coating but it is not entirely a ‘one size fits all’ option

The labelling says it can be dishwashed however the detailed instructions advise handwashing

The handles are soft touch plastic and theyre actually specified up to 180c in the oven though you absolutely wont be able to pick them up by hand after that

Having seen what dishwashers do to good quality pans i would suggest it isnt worth taking the risk
