Pros

It is ridiculously easy to clean. The handles appear sturdy and are well insulated. She uses dishwasher to clean, no complains there either.

Great price and very satisfied with this product. It gives you all the important usage and maintenance information you need to know. You won't be disappointed.

Great multipurpose pan with lid. Lid fits snug, washing it is a breeze. High sides make it perfect for sauces, soups, steaming soup dumplings.

Cons

Mottled and ugly. Not attractive. When i hold a ruler up to it it seems to be about 9. I understand that this happens sometimes but now i have to go through the hassle of returning it.
