Pros

The stopper and strainer works great, old one didn't have these. Cleaning with a small wire brush meant for re-usable straws was super easy. Used while rendering beef tallow to separate any leftover water from the tallow.

This thing is awesome. Got this in time for thanksgiving. Does as advertised.

Easy to clean and sturdy enough to last a long time. But i was always annoyed at using it during the holidays. It's not something you always need item but sure is handy when you do.

Cons

The spout doesn't do a great job of keeping the oil and water separate. The hole from cup to spout is too large on the inside, so with fatty broth, i needed 2 cups of liquid to be able to pour off some of the fat. For separating gravy it's not so grea... Read More
