Pros & Cons
Pros
It feels like an extension of my hand when paring. The handle is so easy to grip for people with arthritis.
Sharp, but needs to be sharpened often. It's rather like a short fillet knife but with a wider blade. The steel is not particularly hard, and it's easy to sharpen.
Cons
Not only is the handle a harder material, it's thinner. Even the knife steel is thinner. Made from cheap stainless steel, this oxo knife's blade is simply not meant to obtain or keep a sharp edge.
Too lightweight. Not weighted well. Your mileage may vary - duh - this is one man's review.
Highlights
Quality
Best paring knives i have ever had and i'm 70 years old!
Easy to get razor sharp and holds an edge pretty well.
I have never cut myself with a razor-sharp knife in the kitchen - only blunt ones that slip.
Feels like an arthritic grip paring knife.
Packaging/appearance
Out of the packet the knife effortless cut through grapes and pineapples, ginger etc.
Competitiveness
Bought a different brand and the thing wouldn't stay sharp.

Grip is what you expect from a good grips knife im glad they got rid of the ridges in the handle that were impossible to clean out

But beware if your storing in a drawer it has a tendency to rest blade up because the handle has a flat side opposite the blade
