Pros

The lid is airtight and big plus. The only downside is the plastic lid underside has an inner ridge holding the removable gasket. The rubber gasket seal is maybe the greatest i've ever seen in a storage container!

This is one of the most used container in our household because it fits the not to small and not to big need, hence the ordering of two more. My hamster likes the tofu that comes in the two pack.

Cons

More expensive ones like these do not equate to a better product. The plastic lid is not durable. The rims of these containers, in particular, get chipped.

The lid is hollow and glued together. The slightest imperfection creates a leak condition and the chambers a breeding ground for pathogens. This seal is not of sanitary construction and will not last.

Price

I bought a 3 cup size for a good price here, but oddly the 1.

6 cup one is nearly $7 more than the larger one.

Competitiveness

I'll continue to prefer buying oxo kitchen products because they seem better designed than the competition.
