The knife did a good job of cutting the vegetables but was a slight challenge with the chicken.
I like oxo products and am glad to have the chance to review this product.
This knife is really excellent, you just won't get 30+ years out of it like you do with the higher end knives.
The blade is a true 8 inches long with the handle measuring about 4 1/2 inches.

It's got a nice grip, the standarized shape and size, takes and holds an edge very well and the price is about as low as possible.

But i only really started using it after it was properly sharpened on my chefs choice 120 sharpener because it isnt very sharp out of the box
