Pros
Oxo adjustable stainless steel large utensil holder is great. Stainless finish isn't shiny like most are and it has a matte style finish that looks great. Organizer is dishwasher safe.
Yes, this is a pricier option than many out there. Never a regret. It's my favorite brand oxo and it's so sturdy. Hard to imagine anyone regretting this purchase.
Oxo container has two dividers with 3 different slots. Each divider has a hinged piece at the bottom that you can flip out to reduce the height of one of the compartments. It has sliders to use if you want to compartmentalize.
It holds a multitude of tools and can be configured to accommodate items according to size using the plastic inserts. It's lightweight but still sturdy, so it will stay in place without falling over from the weight.

Fit and finish is of the usual oxo quality and the holder feels sturdy without being over engineered.
The best quality by oxo as always.
This utensil holder is of a stainless material on the outside that is more of a matte finish.
The bottom is a hard plastic and it doesn't have any rubber or silicone to stop it from sliding around the counter.
Price
Slightly overpriced in my opinion but hopefully it lasts a really long time to make up for that.
Overall this is an okay holder but it lacks some personality and it’s pricey for what it is.
Packaging/appearance
I got it to put my dish soap and scrubber in and it looks nice on my sink.
Competitiveness
I would always recommend oxo products and this one is no different.
I've tried other oxo products in the past, and they make decent products compared to other brands.
I've had other gadgets from this brand, and they've always performed well.

I right away raised the bottom on one side for my shorties peelers small whisk and oftused smaller spatulas

Some may prefer to place the holder lengthwise flush against the back wall however i prefer a fronttoback orientation since i want quick access to my shorties
