Pros

Oxo pie server is flexible, light weight and yet sturdy. It slides under the crust and lifts the pie out without breaking and serves a nice clean slice. Great for getting the first slice of pumpkin pie out of the pan.

Easy to clean up. Easy to rinse (or lick) off.

Is keeping folks out of my nonstick bakeware with danged metal utensils. Safe for my non-stick pie plates. Got this to use for serving directly from my non stick pie, cake and tart pans.

This pie server is perfection! And this is the first pie server i ever owned. Definitely recommend this item.

Cons

They are so flimsy that if the crust is at all clinging to the pan, the server just will not get under it. They are not sharp so don't cut cleanly. It's not strong enough to lift anything.

Quality

It works great, feels sturdy yet flexible to get those last delicious morsels.

This is well made tool, nice weight, balance, and easy to grip and control.

Flexible plastic means you can get right underneath the first slice without making a horror show out of it.

Price

It is very pricey for what it is and i knew that when i bought it.

The price is right and using it won't disappoint you.

Shipping

The same day it arrived, i dusted off my recipe for swedish apple pie and gave it a test run.

Competitiveness

It diesn’t look as sexy as a vintage silver-plate pie server, but this little workhorse is far more practical for kitchen use.

Needed a pie server as we lost our cheap ikea one, and didn't want a fancy "wedding registry" one.
