The only reason i didnt give it five stars is that the whistle has in my opinion an obnoxious tone and is ear splitting

I have had several kettles in the past but this is the first one ive owned that whistles even though all the others claimed to whistle they all stopped whistling after a few months

The white is very clean and crispy and very easy to whipe down doesnt collect durt or marks if you are good about cleaning it

Also sometimes the heatsteam coming off the lid makes it difficult to release the catch for the whistle

I am not sure if oxo has redesigned the white click click tea kettle but my tea kettle is not the same as the one in the picture
