Pros

When i put my metal water bottle on the coaster, it cushions the sound very well.

Rubber-like in flex, and concave so that the inner-most part collects the moisture. They are silicone, so they are super easy to use and great for drinks of all temperatures. Protects woodwork from moisture and temperature.

They're easy to spot, but they're also not garishly bright. I like the variety of colors (saw some that were all grey or all black, which was fine, but i thought a splash of color was better) reasonably priced and a quality product.

No spillage and easy to clean. They rinse off easily and can be tossed in the dishwasher. Goodbye, falling-apart napkins.

Cons

Water collects in the oxo coasters and overflows onto table/surface tops. What's worse is that condensation forms under the coaster and gets moisture on the furniture. If there is condensation on the glass, they're useless.

Small in size, a reg glass or bottle almost covers entire coaster. They are very thin and flimsy and about 1/2 inch smaller than the average coaster size. The diameter is a little small for most cups and mugs. And they are very floppy.
