Pros

This whisk makes making heavy so easy! It saves me so much time. Sometimes a mistake pays off! Use it regularly.

Whisk is lightweight but sturdy. Washes well in the dishwasher. Made of stainless steel.

It is able to break up flour to make the roux in a couple if seconds. Great for making lump free gravy. Does leave clumps.

The flexible whisk helps to get liquids/solids 'unstuck' from the bottom of the pan while stirring. Its great for scraping thebottom of pan or skillet.

Like it. No dislike here. Better than expected! Oxo - never been disappointed yet. Great little whisk.

Didn't work out; returned. Very flimsy for whisking.
