It only cut the cloves into smaller chunks which then only got stuck in between the blades

However the description of the mincer mentions leafy herbs specifically and not herbs like garlic so i cant really hold it against this device

With both you strip the small leaves off of the stems by pulling the stem between two fingers backwards

I would imagine if you used this tool and let it sit and have dried on food stuck on the blades it would be far more difficult to clean
