I needed a grater that didn't take up a huge footprint as it is for a sailboat. Can be used standing or each side can be removed and used over a bowl. Much better than the 4-sided graters i had.

The top knob is a big, easy to use rubberized grip. It feels like it will stand up to years of light usage, but if i had to shred 10 pounds of potatoes, i would dread only having this around. Pros:oxo good grips quality.

At $15 this grater is definitely over priced. This is the first of many oxo products that i was disappointed with.

Although a marvelous idea in theory, this minuscule device is not an ideal kitchen tool. Broke after 2 years - the plastic just isn't strong enough to handle repeated use. I prefer kitchen tools that are durable.

This is inexcusable. It's flimsy, oddly proportioned & difficult to use.
