Not only do these work well on tough jobs cutting back out of chickens etc but they come apart and reassemble easily making it possibly to get them really clean after something nasty like cutting up chickens

To separate the blades for cleaning the user has to open the scissors far wider than one would normally do when cutting so there is little chance they can separate unintentionally
