Pros & Cons
Pros
This is my go to tool when anything needs flipping in the kitchen. It has flex it can lift a heavy burger and yet get under a fried egg and flip it without breaking. Rub, spray or cover the spatula with oil/grease before turning your eggs.
It has thermal resistance and it's durable. Can never go wrong with oxo brand. I rarely write reviews on here, but when i came back to buy another one for someone else, i realized this was a product i'd like everyone to know about.
Cons
This spatula is too large for a small frying pan. Everything sticks to it, especially eggs. It was only used to make omelettes.
It appears to be sturdily made, but the surface is grainy, not smooth. This product bends too easily.

The only bad thing about it is that food does tend to stick to it so if you are using it heavily you might need to clean it off occasionally

Like oxo products however this spatula has a very flexible end which might be okay for certain food items in a skillet
