Pros

The 4 quart container holds 5 pounds of flour. It holds and seals a 1lb bag of domino confectioners sugar perfectly. This size is perfect for 1 average sized bag of flour, fit great.

They are awesome. Not too shabby in my opinion. Perfect size for them, keeps them clean and ready to use!

Cons

These are not inexpensive containers. It looks discolored as if it is an old item. The ones i had from costco were actually repackaged oxo *pet* pop containers. Do not buy. These 2 large containers, not so much.

After 3 months of use there is 0 seal with the lid. It comes straight off with out popping the center up. This prevents it from fitting in its intended niche.

Quality

The are easy to handle, make efficient use of space, very easy to open and close, and, most importantly, weevil free.

Very happy to have this, easy to use and closes down tight.

Even when put together correctly, they were not airtight, and many times the lid would just lift off, even when the button was down.

Replaced the first one because under the lid was filthy, not something i wanted to keep even if cleaned.

Price

They are expensive, but worth it to me.

Oxo is on the pricey side, but worth it.

Packaging/appearance

The very nice lady on customer support sent me two new complete containers and lids (upgraded) at no charge.

Competitiveness

This old style works much better, but i have since found another brand of air tight containers that i like better.
