The 4 quart container holds 5 pounds of flour. It's easy to grab my spaghetti as opposed to using plastic bags.

Cons

I have no idea of how i will ever be able to get the surgar softened up and out of the cannister. Called customer service and discovered the ones i had from costco were actually repackaged oxo *pet* pop containers. Returned for refund.

These containers are only meant for leftovers. They are impossible to clean thoroughly. Flour moths seem to find their way into these containers. It's not airtight and is not easy to clean or dry out after cleaning.
