Pros

The beveled edge is terrific, it removes charred good without removing the treatment from the skillets. Just needed a bigger surface spatula. The turner is actually quite long - longer than i'd prefer, but it's no problem. This is the short restaurant... Read More

The slender bottom really gets under the food. It's tough and leaves tiny scratches occasionally, so don't use it with coated cookware. Its is a bit long so i use it more on a long cast iron double burner surface and less on a small skillet.

Cons

The turner is very large and the blade too long for my liking. To narrow to fit under an fried egg, to long to fit in the dishwasher basket. I'm not sure it's a used one or just defective.

Good grip, works well with stainless steel pans.

This is well made, comfortable and backed by the oxo warranty.

It finally got to rusty and wobbly, i had to retire it.

Now maybe lending to other cooks(just one other) was a mistake but regardless 2 months later and they’re trash.

Price

It's a bit more expensive than most spatulas, but you get what you pay for.
