It's made from tough plastic and will be durable. The plastic is sturdy enough to withstand my family, we are tough in everything. The tubs are very durable.

It locks both nested and in 34clamshell34 mode meaning you can store other items in it while it is locked

Additionally as they are basically just shallow buckets we still need a place to hold and dry the dishes without putting them down on another dirty surface
