Pros & Cons

Pros

The edge-design allows for a larger heating surface, which makes cooking larger omelettes or stir fries very easy. I love sautéing main ingredients for sauce like ground meat, onions etc and then being able to pour in a bunch of liquid whether it’s to...  Read More

For the quality, the functionality, and the performance, i feel like these are a super deal. Cleanup is super easy. Clean up is a breeze.

Cons

Oxo needs to stick to kitchen utensils and tools. This pan is literally as nonstick as my stainless steel pans, not nonstick. No soap used in cleaning, no metal utensils used in the skillet.

Even when frying with a puddle of oil in the pan, eggs stick to it. Can't use it for frying eggs, even the bacon now sticks in spots. All liquids such as oil/butter pool along the exterior wall instead of being evenly distributed.

The bottom cooking surface develops severe convex warping. Induction needs really good contact with the cooking surface to heat evenly & it also needs to have a magnetic bottom – the more magnetic, the better.

Packaging/appearance

Update:when this pan came, i noticed that there was a small chip in the ceramic nonstick coating on the rim of the pot.

Competitiveness

I’ve used the super expensive ones but does not compare to this pan for a friction of the cost.

It is not as good as the products that i have bought in the past.
