To lower the shelf is tricky i pressed in the grey tab adjusters and simultaneously pressed the shelf down with my chin otherwise you would need someones help

Please know that at the lowest adjusted height the bottom portion gives 5 of space under the shelf

Beware of how you set them up because you can cause a can avalanche if not careful in your stacking especially in the pantry

Might not be great with kids around for pantry use probably still good for the fridge though

I probably wouldnt do this if the freezer was on the bottom because the refrigerator might generate heat in that space

Depthwise it fits about 3 standard soda cans in a row and width wise about 6 cans
