Pros & Cons
Pros
Long enough to fit in the drawer but short enough to turn steaks. Great for flipping steaks and flipping chicken. Plating where you hand goes helps to prevent oily/wet hands from losing grip.
Cons
This item is flimsy, hard to open and close, with a less comfortable hand grip. Has very thin plastic locking mech which obiously will not last like my stainless lock mech pair from last year!

I imagine if youre grilling youd want the longer version and if youre flipping pounds of brisket perhaps tongs with heavier metal or a claw would be desirable
