Sturdy, does what it is supposed to do

It is sturdy and looks like it should last a lifetime.

My family has had in the past but these were cheap plastic, and broke easily or couldn't hold the weight of a thicker pie.

Unfortunately oxo replaced this flawless design with a new, mediocre one that no longer feels good in your hand.

Price

Like all oxo kitchen utensils it is a great value.

This is an excellent pie cutter for your money.

Packaging/appearance

Hard to find a good server that also looks nice---this one was both!

Competitiveness

I have used many pie servers and this one is much superior to others.

Better than any pie server or knifes.

I have a similar server that has a serrated edge on just one side and it cost over 5 times as much.

The oxo probably sliced better than the pampered chef product.
