The tray itself was a lot more rigid than i expected so you have to really twist it hard like a regular ice tray to get the pieces out

Just make sure not to overfill the tray if you do the lid will stick to the ice cubes when you try to slide it off

Once you freeze the purée you do have to put the cubes in ziplock bags because the lid doesnt close shut

The trays aren’t meant for storage thus the freezer burn issues

The trick is just not to overfill the cubes so they run over and are attached at the top all the way
