This light is 395 nm but does put out some visible light another good reason to use it with special tinted forensicstyle uv glasses

If you put the battery holder in backwards your light wont work

The pushbutton switch is covered by a firm rubber ball that looks like it seals up flush against the body of the flashlight to keep water out of the switch

Good light would have given it more stars but it was rattling and wouldnt turn on after using it twice to check beach glass for uv reactive pieces
