I grew a couple of small herbs just fine the light really helped them grow even without full sun im not sure how it would work indoors as i havent used them inside also i already had the plant this light just kept it from dieing it did not grow it from a seed

It does give off kind of a cool color that turns your plant into a work of art as it floods the plant area with a reddishpink color

The wavelengths of light it emits are supposed to be the best type of light for the plant so if you have plants inside that cant get enough sun based on their location or time of year this might be a good solution for you

But the light i bought needed a special base for it and didnt fit into any of the ones i already had

Didnt want to spend any more money than i had so i waited and bought plants instead of using the seeds
