I like the fact it charges via usb cable does away with needing batteries for camping trips and will be easy to hang inside the tent but no reason to do so if you are only doing so because of heat this light puts off almost no heat at all

Its powered by an intergrated rechargeable battery and charges via miniusb not microusb

The only con i can say about the unit is that it charges via miniusb and not microusb

I wasnt able to test the full battery life but it was on for approx 4 hours and then i had to switch it off
