Everything has 3m double sided tape on it already. Used as night light along mattress frame of my 93 year old fathers bed. Led strip's adhesive is great and came wrapped around a plastic reel.
Led stripe lights are brighter and last longer than the round motion lights you stick to a ceiling. You need to test them in a dark room or they won't turn on. They gradually dim before turning off which is calming.
These are an awesome addition to our hallway bathroom! It works perfect for our hallway. Having a soft glow of light at your feet is so much better than direct light from a lamp, ceiling light or even a night light.
Cons
Item is junk - probably why price is slashed. The motion sensor detects once and turns strip on.

Also if the lights are already on or if it is daylight the sensor does not turn the leds on

You can set the timer to go off from 30 seconds to 10 minutes

I needed to play with the location of the motion sensor so only activated when i put a foot down on the floor

Ive seen a lot of led strips with batteries and ive seen them with a hookup for the wall but not often both and never with the motion sensor i wanted to use a versatile one as well
