Pros
Use of the press tap which is as example of a good use of a simple physics. It is very sturdy and got a carrying handle and pump action for drinks. Perfect in use at care home for residents tea.
Jug looks good, pump action means you don't get an uncontrollable stream of hot or cold liquid. Didn't leak at all and fairly easy to press down to dispense. Keeps water hot for hours and is easy to use and drip-free.
Cons
After filling the urn, boiling hot water gushes out of the tap without warning. Plastic hinge looks to be extremely flimsy.

Im really very disappointed with this item i got this for my tea mad boyfriend who drinks one cup after the other and it just does not keep the water hot enough even after just half an hour waste of money

But be careful to keep it upright the water seeps out of the top very hot water in the boot of a car is a bit surprising and not recommended
