Pros
Very pleased. Thank-you for the prompt service. It's just a lot lighter than i imagined.
The grill is a little fiddly but when it's together it works a charm. Came extremely quickly in a box, in pieces. Easy to follow instructions and simple to assemble components. Well packaged so no damage.
Cons
Even if you decide to persevere it's a cheap looking fan that doesn't even work. There were no screws to fix the fan to the base and no bolt. Have written to oypla to ask for the missing nut and bolt to be sent on.
Months seems a pretty short lifespan for something like this. Already considering hunting down a new fan. Started allowing down and then just stopped working but making a low buzzing house.

Easy instruction to set up, i had read reviews to not overtighten the screws as it would reduce rattling and it does help.
Great little fan, has 3 settings which even number 1 has great air flow.
Very good fan but feels like it's going to break because of the material
The oscillating mechanism works well but the tilt mechanism is a bit stiff and awkward to use.
Price
Overall for a price value its really good and will make a difference during the summer months.
Well worth every penny if you are prepared to put it together.
If you want something relatively inexpensive with reasonable power i would recommend this
I bought this as a back up fan only and for the price i am happy.

The packaging was damaged but item itself is as expected & unharmed fortunately & works fine.

The top speed is approx number 4 on my meaco 12 speed fan (which is considerably more expensive).

Really easy to set up however i couldnt figure out how to include the oypla badge but it wasnt a necessary feature and the fan works without it

For those who find it challenging to make the tilt adjustable you should use a screwdriver and slightly turn the side screw then you will feel the head will start tilting
