I have a 28in wheel (which surprised me cos i'm on a ladies frame) and bought this unsure if it would fit.

Once set up properly the trainer is quiet you just hear the noise the bike makes

You have to carefully adjust the roller so that it only has enough friction for the bike wheel to grip
