I purchased this item from amazon almost a year ago

The problem is that most nonstick pans are aluminum and even with a steel plate on the bottom they dont work well on induction

Part of the reason there are few ss pans is that it is very hard to get the nonstick surface to stay attached to the steel

The all clad was inconsistent a couple of pans started peeling but they did replace them
