Quality
I have made two emulsified lotions with this wonderful little gadget and i am thrilled with the results.
She is able to make her coffees a little more special with the frother.
Also, i'm not comfortable with the on/off speed switch on the top.
Packaging/appearance
Was purchased as a mini-mixer for protein drinks and chocolate milk.
All you have to do is heat some milk (soy is ok) and 30 seconds later you have a nice froth in the container.
Competitiveness
It froths milk and makes single serving whipped cream great too.
I have bought three different frothers and this is by far the best quailty one so far.
Overall it's a powerful motor on setting number 1 or 2.

Well 6 months later its still working like a hot damn and we use it daily for our coffee to give it a frothy decadent look
