The machine works great! The design of the floor allows the beans to churn quite well. The only complaint i have is that it shoots the kernels and popped corn out.

Just make popcorn. Doesn't pop all corn. After only two batches of popcorn, i have a bowl that’s about 40% unpopped kernels. The air-popper did not get hot enough to pop corn to the light fluffy texture.

It pops for maybe 25-30 seconds, then it turns off. Waited at least 10 minutes and started it again and overheated again. It was returned to amazon asap. We waited for a half hour and still nothing.

This popcorn popper is too short and dumps about 1/2 of the unpopped popcorn into bowl while popping. The most that can be popped is 1/ 2 cup then it has to be shut off and cooled.

This popcorn popper is a joke. It smells like burning plastic. The design of this popcorn maker is flawed.
