Pros

This is hands down the best non-stick pan i’ve used. It makes great pancakes, because it heats up evenly, and retains the heat. I usually bake my fish but with this pan it comes out perfect every time on the stovetop. They work superb with induction.

Heats up evenly and a gem to use. Weight makes for better heat distribution and doesn't cool when adding ingredients so your temp stays constant.

Makes everything from crispy chicken in the oven. I use a handheld thermometer to check the temperature. I so highly recommend it for those who appreciate quality cookware that will last.

Love it. It looks just as pictured online. It is fantastic! My one complaint is the handle.

Cons

This pan has too many limitations. It takes forever to pre-heat. It is relatively small (11-inches in diameter is not a big frying pan). Just not worth it.
