Pros

Love the no sweat glasses. Can't say enough. Very attractive glasses. These glasses are so amazing!

Bought 2 sets of 2 at different times and would recommend them without hesitation. They are fairly durable and if someone is clumsy and breaks one.

Cons

It is very difficult to pour out the liquid once they are broken on the inside glass wall. About 5 minutes after pouring a glass of ice water the glass was covered in condensation.

The ozeri serafino product description that the glasses are durable is arguable. Disappointed in these so called double walled glasses. We have other glasses that survived from worse falls.

They are very well made and durable.

I really dislike it when i'm holding a glass and the sweat rolling off of it drips on my clothes and perspires on my hand.

These glasses are so worth the money.

I’ve only lost one to a houseguest, they felt bad when it broke and though they were like $40 apiece.

Even though they are not inexpensive, i still had to order another set of 6 because i love them so much.

Shipping

Within a week they sent me not 1 but 2 glasses as replacements--no questions asked.

The return period for amazon had passed so i contacted the company directly and asked for a replacement.

Packaging/appearance

Comes in very nice, secure packaging so you can be at ease about arriving to your home intact.

Looks nice enough for a party or a dinner.
