It is completely accurate in its weight measurements in whichever method of measuring you choose. This extra accuracy is helpful for more sensitive recipes. It is easier to assess appropriate humidity accuracy for best development of chicks.

Cons

Without the second digit past the decimal functioning, the scale is pretty much worthless to me. This product says it measures in 1 gram increments, but doesnt start to register weight until it gets to about 7 grams.

I found that chicken was pretty inaccurate when compared with the packaging.

The package box is easy to open and the inside protection is easily removed while still keeping the product from being jostled in shipping.
