Pros

Fan works great, the two preprogramed airflow programs are useless. We use it in low because med & high is so strong. The air flow is also strong.

This fan is a game-changer. It’s worth every penny! People keep complaining about this.

Cons

Price is not worth it. They seldom return the message. Contacted manufacturer about 3 weeks ago and no response.

It has a very cheaply made feel to it when you touch it and observe the noticeable wiggle. The second fan fluctuates as well. I have little 300 cfm fan that feels like it moves more than twice the amount of air than this one did.

I was so impressed i went back to order another and the sale was over.

Customer support was quick and courteous when we did have a minor delivery related issue that was sorted in short order.

I contacted ozeri support, and they quickly sent out a replacement remote control.

I just wanted another one for my bedroom and it’s way better than this other fan i was using which is same brand different design.

Recently, i have been on a quest to buy the best tower fan i can find.

Compared to the other fan i have that said it was quiet and is quite loud, this fan is quiet.

I bought a few of the popular name brand tower fans and took them back after trying this one out.
