Pros

The extra coating on the stone earth is what has sold me over the mokika frying pan. Fallow instructions are key for this pan.

This one and one by mokika (based on a coworker's recommendation) both seem of good quality and sturdy. Still looks like new after using it six or seven times. It’s like the first several months of ceramic!
