It is not as high quality as some of the other expensive ones but then i got what i paid for

With these type of pans you can not cook on high heat and expect them to behave like other pans examplecast iron each metal or iron respond to heat differently

I like the look of the pots and they cook well but unlike other pots i have to use a pot holder when removing the lid because the lid handle gets hot
