Pros

Stainless is easy to clean. Parchment paper on the tray helps for clean up. No issue with the dishwasher. No issues with the amp.

These are high quality and thicker and sturdier than what i was expecting. No problem carrying them and worrying about the sturdiness.

Great size and excellent hefty commercial grade product. I was specifically looking for nearly industrial sized pans & these are definitely close.

Best pans ever in my view. Sturdy and professional quality. Good quality sheets mirror finish. I would highly recommend.

Cons

They are too large to fit into my double sink and too big for the dishwasher too. They are thinner than i was hoping for, so warped during use. However, warps at 450 degrees in oven.
