In the picture the flag is in the top but there was no hole and the side holes were not big enough

I ended up sticking flags next to the in ground but the sticks were so flimsy i had to premake a hole in the ground

Only reason i’m rating it 4 stars was because we had to drill the holes in the tops of the cones ourselves

I would also point out like another reviewer stated they do not have holes in the top of the cones to insert the flags they are solid
